Due to the cabin’s location, wildlife sightings are common, including black bears, deer, wild turkeys, and more. Bears are especially active during spring, summer, and fall, so please keep doors locked and avoid leaving food in vehicles.

The property is regularly serviced for pest control; however, occasional sightings of insects or small wildlife can occur due to the natural mountain setting.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
